This lead to him auditioning and getting into a performing arts charter high school, where he recieved even more opportunities.

After high school, Stephen declined acceptance into Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusettes, due to financial reasons, and he headed to Nashville, Tennessee. There, he played with a variety of different bands and churches. While he enjoyed his time there, personal reasons brought him back to his hometown. Stephen played at his church every week, was in a band with his best friends, and worked full time, all while furthering his education at Berklee Online. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Music Production, Stephen commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps, where he is currently serving.
